Obituary of Freddie Lee Brinson

Freddie Lee Brinson Sr., age 56, departed on his journey to eternal peace on February 21, 2013 at South Heritage Rehabilitation Center. Freddie loved the Lord and accepted prayer with open arms. Freddie was very creative, enjoying drawing and hand painting. He was affectionately known as "The man who sold greens and loved to fish". Freddie enjoyed working with people and had a contagious attitude that brought smiles to people's faces. He is survived by two sons, Freddie Jr., and Manuel Garcia-Brinson and one daughter, Natasha Garcia and 7 grandchildren; his mother, Rosa Lee Brinson, 6 sisters, Mamie Green, Sarah Robinson and her husband Ray, Shirley Andrew and her husband Curtis, Mary Brinson, Carolyn Bolden and her husband Keith, and Yvonne Brinson; two brothers, Willie Brinson and his wife Sharon and Albert Williams. He will also be missed by a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Family and friends will celebrate his home-going on Friday, March 1, at 5:00 PM at 2451 22nd Avenue South, St. Petersburg, FL 33712.
