A funny story:
I was worried about dad always getting out there in that hot sun and mowing the lawn. I just feared him collapsing in the heat, so I said to him one day "dad, why don't you get out there earlier in the morning when it is not so hot"
Well a couple of days later I had to tell that fool to not mow at 5am. Love you Dad!!

A lot of my childhood memories are actually with dad. I remember one thing he loved to do was cook. I could never make the indian food like he did. I even tried keema at a couple of indian restuarants and nobody made it like he did.
I feel sad when I say it was not fair that he had to be in asisted living all of those years. I feel like he was taken away from me many years ago. I wish we could have spent the last years of his life together. How different they would have been. I love you dad!!

Good picture of your Dad, Krishna! Just the way I remember him. Wow, so many days and nights of us torturing him when we were teenagers! Gosh, those were the days. He sure did put up with alot of crap from us! Can you believe that it's been nearly 25 years ago??!! Seems like only yesterday! I wonder if he will go back and visit the house on Queenswood? I know that I want to. Well, you hang in there gurl. You have been through a lot these last few years. Let me know if you need ANYTHING!!!!! I am always there for you. May Sam rest in peace. I can still hear him saying "get out of house, me no like you". Boy, those were the days! We gave our parents hell! Love ya! Michelle
