Dear Uncle Jimmy,
Ive kept the large glass jar. I am useing the jar to keep all of my loose change bills and other monies in the event i ever come under hard times. Every time i look at it i think of you. Its such an odd piece and it makes me think of all the crazy cool things you would tell my brother and i about. It reminds me of every single fishing trip we had. Most of all it reminds me that life moves too fast and how i need to stop and enjoy everything that is good in my life. It fills me with great sadness that you are gone. It hurts to know that, that next fishing trip i wont see you there. I know your looking down on us. I know your still out there on the boat with us and I know that you will never be forgotten. I love you Uncle Jimmy and every time i save another penny it forces me to stop and jus appreciate everything and everyone i have.

Uncle Jim, Your nephew Robert misses you immensely. I've known you for most of my life. I grew up having two dad's. My dad, your brother Joseph and my uncle Jimmy. You will be truely missed. Especially all of our many fishing trips we've had since I was 9 yrs old, when we you retired from Active duty from the US Army. Wade fishing around the Gandy and 4th st area , fishing for Snook at Johns pass, flats fishing around Fort Desoto park and finally fishing offshore in the gulf. We rarely came home empty handed and we never had to resort to going to the fish market to save face. You taught me how to fish, how to clean them and how to eat them. I have so many memories of our times together that I can't but them all into words. It's not going to be the same without you in the boat on our many fishing trips on Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Talking politics (we all know you supported OBAMA) NOT! and about how to make an Hydrogen Generator from plans you purchased on the internet so you could run a car on Water. Uncle, i wish we could have gone fishing just one more time so that I could say a proper good bye to you. Thank you for being there for me. I loved you dearly.
your nephew Robert.
