He is survived by his wife Evelyn Chappell Mills; daughters Darlene Mills Vecchi and Kathy Mills Lasky; grandchildren Traci Vecchi Kirkpatrick, Teri Vecchi Bell and Anthony Vecchi and 5 great grandchildren.
