Obituary of Lawrence Billie Loughhead

Loughhead, Lawrence Billie 85, of St. Petersburg, passed away December 2, 2011. Born in Hollidays Cove, WV on January 1, 1925. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, three sons, one daughter, nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and his beloved cat JoeJoe. Lawrence retired from Sunshine Speedway in 2004 upon the track closing.
