Obituary of William F. Young

Young, William F. Jr. "Bill", 44, of Saint Petersburg, Florida passed away in his home on Friday, December 16th, 2011. Born February 1st, 1967 in Beaufort, South Carolina, Bill was survived by his wife, Connie E. Young, his son William F. Young, III "Will," his daughter Elizabeth Niccole Young "Liz" and her partner Oaksin "Oakie" O'Hara, his daughter Jessica Rae Young "Jess" and her partner Tisha Figueroa and her two children "The Grandbabies" Alyssa and Tony all of St. Petersburg, Florida. He was further survived by his father William F. Young Sr. of Mission Viejo, California, mother Sharon K. Haynes and step-father Gale A. Haynes of Thonotosassa, Florida, mother-in-law Leila Julien "Dolly" of St. Petersburg, Florida and his two sisters Diana York of Dover, Florida and Michelle Young-Stubbs of Mission Viejo, California, as well as numerous step-brothers and step-sisters, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, co-workers and friends. Bill was a 1985 graduate of Brandon High School in Brandon, Florida and would hold many leadership roles in several industries throughout his life before finally settling in restaurant management. His passion was ensuring a superior work-ethic in the young people he would lead, many of which have gone on to become leaders in their respective fields. Bill was also a self-described "computer geek," having been on the cutting edge of technology since the 80's he had the opportunity to test many computer platforms before they "made it big." Technology was not only his hobby, but it was a way of life for him staying up until the wee hours of the morning playing games under his online identity of "AllNiteL." He believed that you do everything with an unrelenting vigor and instilled that value in all three of his children who have gone on to rewarding careers in public service (his son Will and his daughter Liz) and in healthcare (his daughter Jess). Bill will forever be in our hearts for his dedication to his family and friends and his ability to always "get the job done." AllNiteL has signed off for the last time. In lieu of flowers (Bill hated flowers) the family is accepting donations to offset his final resting costs.
