Obituary of Inez Luckey Loomis

Inez L. Loomis, 99, passed away on May 17, 2011. She was the daughter of Tom and Ethah Luckey of Camilla, GA, and the wife of Ivan Loomis, who predeceased her in 1997. She is survived by her sister, Lorette L. Cribbs, of Winter Haven, and her nieces Lawayna Luckey Friesen (Edwin) of Belleair, and Karen Reynolds (Kay Jordan) of Winter Haven; and nephews, Thomas Luckey (Gail) of Charleston, SC, and Reggie Cribbs (Kim) of Lake Wales; grand nephew Karl Friesen, grand niece Kandy Friesen Brockmeyer (David); great grand nephew Ben Friesen; and great grand nieces Kimberly Fitts (Charles) and Sara Beth Glausier.She had lived in Lady Lake, FL for over 60 years, and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Fruitland Park, where she was the member of greatest longevity. In 2008, when she could no longer live alone, she moved to Belleair to live with the Friesens. She will be interred next to her husband at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens and memorial services will be held for family and friends at a later time.
