45, of Seminole, died Saturday, May 7, 2011, at Hospice House Woodside. He was born in Portage, IN. He graduated from Portage High School in 1984. He was a big Ozzy Osbourne fan. He was a musician and artist. He worked in the construction industry doing stucco work. He is survived by his loving wife, Deborah; son, Randall (Crystal); son Ryan (Maria); daughter; Crystal; daughter, Amanda; daughter, Tiffany; 13 grandchildren;father; Albert Leroy Lucia; brother, Russell Lucia; sister, Sandy Nievs; nephews, Tony and Guy Lucia; friends Laurie and Dean Fulk, Tom and Renee Etheridge, and everyone at Leisure Lane in New Port Richey.
