Obituary of Arthur Kirby Hansard

Kirby Hansard, 72, of Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, passed away on February 28, 2024. He was born on January 29, 1952, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Kirby was adored by everyone and cherished his family deeply. If you were one of the few that he truly opened up to, you were lucky. He had a special love for his wife and children. Kirby found joy in his daily beach walks, exercising, driving his golf cart, fishing on his boat, and spending time with his dogs, past and present.

He is survived by his wife Debbi, children Staci Elkins (Silas), Tiffany Kloch (Mike), Matthew Hansard (Sthibalyz), grandchildren Juli, Eian, Nick, Max, Zach, Charlie, Madison, Brooks and Santana. Sister Lindsey Hughes (Rob), special nephew Sir Steven Keith Gill Jr. and a multitude of cherished family members. Kirby was preceded in death by his parents, Erika Lynen Hansard and Arthur Hallet Hansard, and his aunts Helen and Norma Hansard.

A celebration of Kirby's life will be held for family and friends on Saturday, April 13th, at 337 Bahia Vista Drive, Indian Rocks Beach, Florida 33785. The reception will be a covered dish event from 3pm-8pm, where loved ones can gather to honor and remember Kirby.

Kirby's warm personality and love for his family and friends will forever be remembered and cherished by all who had the privilege to know him.
