Obituary of Rosemarie Turan Latzo

Rosemarie "Rose" Latzo, 85, of Seminole, FL, passed away on December 19, 2023. She was born on April 17, 1938, in Bethlehem, PA, to the late Louis and Columbia Turan. She had strong roots there and friendships that lasted a lifetime. 

Rosemarie is survived by her loving husband, Ray Latzo, her sister Joanie Donatelli; and her children George Latzo Jr., Stephen Latzo, Curtis Latzo, and RaeAnn Latzo Pfeiffer. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren Leslie Mendez, Annmarie Latzo, Nicholas Latzo, Lily Latzo, and Hector Pfeiffer, as well as great-grandchildren. 

Rosemarie was a 1956 graduate of Liberty High School and liked to talk about the fun she had as a Majorette. Rose also married her high school sweetheart, Raymond Latzo. They enjoyed over 64 years of marriage together.  She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She had a vivacious personality and always made people around her laugh. She also enjoyed sports, going to the beach, and playing Bingo in her free time. 

There will be a memorial service to celebrate Rosemarie's life at 11AM on January 4th at Blessed Sacrament Church in Seminole, FL. 

The family requests that donations be made in Rosemarie's honor to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in lieu of cards and flowers.
