Obituary of Delia Mayo

Delia Martinez Mayo, 85 of Tampa, FL, passed away June 15, 2023, surrounded by loved ones.

Born in Ybor City, she graduated from Jefferson High School in 1956.

Delia, is survived by her husband of 66 years, Faustino A. Mayo Sr, her daughter Haydee Y. Morin (Andres Morin), son

Faustino A. Mayo Jr. (Lisa L. Mayo) and four beautiful grandchildren: Faustino M. Mayo,

Armando V. Mayo, Dominic D. Mayo, Malio C. Mayo and a huge loving family and friends.

In her younger, years she enjoyed Jai-Alai, music, dancing and being involved in her children’s

Schools, but spent her last 28 years as beautiful Abuela to her 4 grandchildren.

Her whole life was spent surrounded by loved ones, going to the casino, playing cards and bingo and taking an

annual beach vacation with her family.

 

Her celebration of life will be an held on Saturday July 15, 2023, at her son’s home. The family
