Rosemary Giannettini

Obituary of Rosemary Jennie Giannettini

Remembering Rosemary Giannettini

Rosemary was born in St Petersburg in 1952 to Lewis and Joyce Giannettini. Rosemary is preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Joyce and by her brothers Gerry and Jack. She is survived by her wife Susan, her brother Jim, her son Johnathan (Melissa), granddaughters and great granddaughter.

Rosemary worked a variety of jobs. She retired from Transition Optical for medical complications. IN her time there she travelled for the company and helped set up machine processes in Australia, Ireland and Philippines.

Rosemary loved all sports but in particular softball, tennis and golf. She was a life long Gators and Bucs fan.

Rosemary had a good sense of community and enjoyed volunteering for many things. She volunteered for election poll worker, volunteered for PGA/Valspar golf tournament of Tampa Bay and for Habitat for Humanity. Rosemary quietly worked her kindness and was a very giving person to anyone she saw in need.

In later years Rosemary’s health declined and she was less mobile. She was sad that she could no longer golf. Despite this she always loved to hear how others played and enjoyed viewing the professionals on the big screen.

Rosemary passed away peacefully with Susan and Jim beside her. No longer in pain. Resting in Peace. Blessings on her name.

A Celebration of her Life will be held Saturday February 11th At Fort DeSoto #7. All are invited to attend.
