Obituary of Mina L Somers

Mina L Somers, 80, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022, in St Petersburg, Florida.  Mina was born on May 4, 1942, and was the daughter of the late Ruth Ellis Lash and Harrison Lash, Sr.  Her husband, Kenneth Somers predeceased her in 2001.  She is survived by a brother, Harrison E. Lash, Jr.  Mina leaves behind many beloved nieces, nephews, and close friends. Mina worked well into her 70’s as an accountant for accounting firms and private companies.  She had a passion for ballroom and line dancing.  She also participated in local square-dancing competitions.  Camping was also one of her passions that she shared with her beloved husband. She touched the lives of so many people. She will be deeply missed by all who were lucky enough to know her.
