Obituary of David Kenneth Walker

David Kenneth Walker, Age 62, passed away peacefully at his residence in Seminole, FL on September 12, 2018.  David was born on September 27, 1955 and raised in Rutland, VT. In his early years, you could find him on the Court or out on the field.  His passion was in baseball.  Drafted by the Montreal Expos in 1973, he graduated school at Mount St. Joseph Academy with a full scholarship to Miami Dade College. He married the love of his life, Arlene Bruce, of Rutland Vt. Later in Life, he was a long time employee for Phillip Morris. Son of Joesphine Gallo and Kenneth Walker.  In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother, Bobby.  Surviving in addition to his sister Barbara (Lanzillo) Bartlett, are his son, Stephen Bruce Walker, wife, Heather and grand daughter, Lea of Largo.  Daughter, Christine Jennifer Walker, fiance Justin Cyr and grand son, Jaxson of Largo.  Daughter, Marlo Caroline Walker and grand daughter, Ava of Largo.  David lived a humble life surrounded by his family.  His grandchildren were his pride and joy and loved to watch them grow. The legacy of David's kind spirit, passion for sports, thrill for adventure, and zest for life will live on through them. David will be dearly missed.

There will be a Celebration of David's Life at Shelter 1 next to the baseball field at Fred Howard Park.
