While my personal experiences with Carol were limited, I am very aware of the gifts she possessed. I know her daughter, Linda, personally and know that to have been the mother of such a loving, caring and genuine freind, Carol must have shared the best of herself and has left us a beautiful legacy.
God Bless your family and freinds. I am sorry for your loss.

Ma, I will miss you! You are the best mother-in-law a guy could hope for: loving, caring, and always thinking of others. Your visits filled our home with laughter and love. You always remember the little things that each person likes. The silence of your unmistakable laughter will echo in our hearts for ever.

My deepest sympathy to all of Carol's family. I have good memories of Carol's and my talks at the pool at Douglas Arms and how we, almost, solved the problems of the world. She is missed.

Dear Carol,
You were, indeed, a very special person and hold a very special place in my heart. My most vivid memory of you was many years ago, when as a five year old child, I was totally enthralled by this gorgeous, vivacious woman who was going to marry my brother. And, then, you asked me to be your flower girl -- I was thrilled and terrified. I still remember how kind, and gentle you were when you explained that being a flower girl did not mean I had to live with the newly married couple.
You had such a great love for life and raised four wonderful children. My heart goes out to Cathy, Lloyd and Linda for they have lost a mother and dear friend; and I hope as time goes on, they will find comfort in the memories they have of you.

Carol,
I may not have known you all that well, in fact I haven't seen you since I was 8 years old. I'm 13 now. Although I didn't know you as well as I wish I had, I know in my heart that you were, are, and always will be an amazing heartfelt person. You are in the hearts of many. I will never forget you.
My Poem:
Being nice to everyone,
Treating them all equal.
God took your soul,
To make you an angel.
At least that’s what I think
An angel, most say.
Is what you already were.
We all seem to think
You were sent from above
I do.
So God must have taken you
Just for that reason.
Taken you back
Now that we’ve seen you.
Everything happens for a reason.

Dear Carol,
There are some people whose paths have crossed my own that have left lasting impressions upon my heart. You are one of those people... Your laughter and love warmed the spirits of those in your company. And I thank you for being a special part of my mom's life and a dear friend to her. You will be missed by many, including me. But you will also be remembered for the bright and beautiful spirit that is and will always be YOU.

Linda & Dave,
I am so sorry for your loss but so happy that you were able to spend time with her as she neared the end. I only met Carol a few times, but she seemed to be a spirited, upbeat person. Linda, you are a true honor to your mother because of the way you enjoy life. That is a wonderful gift she has left for you.
Love,
Cathie

To my Forever Friend
I cannot express in words how much I will miss you or how much you meant to me. The closeness I felt will never be replicated. I am also certain that I am not the only one who feels this way about you. That was your way.
Thankfully, I have had the pleasure to spend many hours over several years in your company. Whether it was on the beach in Daytona, or at the pool at my apartment,or on a road trip or just hanging out, we always had laughs and good times.Even after I moved far away we stayed close pals. Your thoughtfulness was unmatched. I always felt like part of your family and was welcomed at every occassion and always felt loved and wanted by all of them. Thank you so much for that. I will be forever grateful of having the great pleasure of knowing you.
Your friend, Richard

My Dearest Mamasan,
What a gift to have had you in my life as my Mother and my dearest friend. Your beautiful laugh, your unwavering love, your unending thoughtfulness and your generosity are just of few of the amazing gifts that you have blessed my life with. Thank you for teaching me how to appreciate all of the beautiful things life has to offer, and how to accept those things that I might not have chosen to come my way. You will be forever in my heart and my prayers.
Your loving daughter,
Linda
