He is survived by his wife Sandra; Children Jeremy (Hannah) and Amy and their mother JoAnn Ventresca; father John Sr.; step-son Anthony Johnson; step-daughter Jenessa Bayliss (Daniel); sisters Donna Blythe and Sandy McCool; and brother Rusty Blythe.
