She would like to fill our multi-CD player with her favorite country stars and listen to them all day and all night long. Her many trips with all her friends to Nascar Races and the Florida Keys were some of her favorite memories. She cherished our time on boats, on the beaches and in the waterfront restaurants. When we weren’t traveling with friends, she loved to host neighborhood parties on our screened in patio and pool area. She also had a passion for cooking and feeding people. She came from a long career with a degree in Nutritional Services with the Jefferson County School System in Louisville. She worked as a manager over several school cafeterias, where most of her paychecks would be spent on children who she knew couldn’t afford their own breakfast or lunch. She totally loved “Her” kids.
