William (Billy) Arnold Koch, age 45, of Clearwater, passed away unexpectedly on April 29, 2023. He was born and raised in Lapeer, Michigan. Will graduated from Lapeer West High School and continued his studies, obtaining multiple Associate Degrees.

He was an Electronics Engineer Tech with Jabil. He began his 17 years of service in Michigan, moving to Tempe Az before ultimately settling in the Clearwater, Florida facility, where he was well respected and cherished by his coworkers.

Will had a passion for his salt water fish tanks this included having a camera system to watch them while he was away from the house. Will loved to travel and explore, Las Vegas as his favorite destination. Much like his father, Will enjoyed trying his luck, whether it be at a casino or on lotto tickets. He loved going to Tigers baseball games and enjoyed cultivating his palm, pineapple and banana trees. Will was protective of his family and had a heart of gold.
