Obituary of Thomas Steven Lysiak

On March 7th 2023, Thomas Steven Lysiak entered into external rest. Tom was born in Albany, New York to his mother Jean Lysiak and his father Edward Lysiak. Tom is survived by his only child Tiffani Stafford and son in law Tyler Stafford and his beloved grandson Giovanni Lysiak. Thomas attended Guilderland high school. He retired from Golub before moving to Clearwater, Florida. Thomas is also survived by his aunt Lorry and many other relatives. He will be missed by many friends and his nieces and nephews.

A memorial will be held in May in Clearwater, Florida. A date for the memorial will be decided in the coming weeks.
