Obituary of Frances E Ruoff

Frances E Ruoff, born 3/13/1940, went home to be with her lord and savior on August 16, 2022. She was predeceased by her mother and father, Charlie and Ernestine Hall, her husband of 30 years, Edwin E Ruoff. and her son Edwin E Ruoff II. She has a brother, Wes (Carol) of Mobile, AL, niece, Christy Lynn Hall of Mobile, AL, daughter, Christy Coker (Wayne) of Cartersville, GA, 4 grandchildren, Kandi (Colin), Terri (David), Ronnie (Heather), Ed (Nikki), 8 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren. 

Services will be held at Grace Christian Fellowship Church, 901 Ridge Rd SW, Largo, FL 33770 at 9:30am on Friday, Sept 2, 2022. Burial to follow at Sarsota National Cemetery
