Obituary of Daryl Wayne Green

Daryl Wayne Green, 55 of St Petersburg, FL left this world much too soon on Saturday, July 30th to join a bigger party to which we have not yet been invited. Daryl was born in Nebraska and spent many years living in New Mexico before moving to Massachusetts and ultimately Florida. He was happily greeted with open arms by his father, Larry Green and his mother Grace Green. The ones he left behind are his son Travis Villegas, his brothers, Michael (Teresa) Green, Rick (Amanda) Green, Dan (Christina) Green and Eric (Michele) Green. He will be greatly missed by his many nephew, nieces, great nephew and great nieces. He will especially be missed by his lifelong very best friend Karla Hicks. Daryl spent many years in retail management and was very successful. He took a giant leap of faith in 2016 when he graduated as a Licensed Massage Therapist. He reorganized his entire life and pursued this new passion. He built a successful business and enjoyed his new career. He always remained the same fun loving Daryl. If you knew Daryl you loved him. He was the life of the party always and never met a stranger! He loved a good party, he loved to sing and dance and spread his joy to everyone around him. Daryl also had a huge kind and loving heart and would give anyone his last dollar. It is said that our lives are measured by a dash. Daryl packed a lot of living into that much too short dash between 1967 – 2022. Daryl will be remembered in the manner he would want most. We will gather together on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at the Skybox Rooftop Bar at 2867 Lajuana Blvd., Wesley Chapel, FL from 4pm to 7pm.
