Obituary of Lonnie Victor Malatino

Lonnie Victor Malatino, 78, of Feather Sound, FL. passed away suddenly on 1.11.2022. Lonnie was born in Amsterdam, NY to the late Orlando & Kathryn (Fox) Malatino.

Lonnie is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Lisa Malatino. He also leaves to cherish his memory 6 daughters: Susann (Kevin) Price, Victoria (Joe) Malatino, Kathryn (Sam) Dominguez, Elizabeth (Ben) Malatino, Sarah (Marcos) Graciani, and Rachel Bollinger; 12 Grandchildren & 3 Greats! Each of whom he loved and laughed with. 4 Brothers: Tony (Phyllis), Ray (Debbie), Richard (Sheila) and Tom (Jana); many loved nieces, nephews, and cherished Sicilian familia.

Lonnie was a graduate of Anniston (AL) HS and a proud Alumni of the University of ALABAMA! ROLL TIDE ROLL. He was a Vietnam Combat Veteran and was on numerous charitable boards. Namely ALPHA House of St. Pete, Sertoma Club, American Legion, Knights of Columbus 4th Degree. Lonnie retired from Franklin Templeton after 32 years of dedicated service.

Lonnie’s Funeral Mass is Friday, January 21, 2022 @1:30 PM at Holy Family Catholic Church, 200 78th Ave. N.E, St. Petersburg, FL. A Celebration Reception to follow at Derby Lane, 10490 Gandy Blvd, St. Petersburg, FL.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to either St. Petersburg Sertoma Club, 565 Boca Ciega Point Blvd N., St. Petersburg, FL 33708 or ALPHA House of Pinellas County.
