Tifani Little

Obituary of Tifani Simone Little

A bright star completed her journey in this life on Saturday, Aug 14, 2021. Tifani Simone (Wetherhold) Little died unexpectedly at her home in Seminole, FL, from natural causes.

Tifani was born to Patti Merkle Anastasi and Mike Wetherhold of the Allentown, PA area on April 9, 1974. From the beginning Tifani was a bundle of energy.  Whether practicing gymnastics as a child or lifeguarding as a teen, Tif enjoyed all life had to offer including being on the Cheer squad at Parkland High School and being a part of the Delta Zeta sorority at Shippensburg University.  With her passion for helping others, Tifani excelled at teaching English Language Arts at Swatara Middle School and later completed a Master’s of Arts in Curriculum Development at the The University of Kansas.

Tif married fellow Shippensburg University graduate, Scott Little on June 29, 2002. The two lived in Harrisburg, PA until fulfilling a lifelong dream of moving to the Florida beach community, which they did in 2019.

Tifani loved to bake, especially cupcakes, which she shared with everyone. Tif cared passionately for the environment and humanity, and did what she could to bring attention to injustices against the earth and mankind.

Tifani was greatly loved by her many friends and family and will be sorely missed by all, including her two yellow labs, Marvin and Sully.  Tifani is survived by her husband, Scott Little, who she was with for 27 years, her mother, Patti Anastasi of Asheville, NC;  her Aunt Barb Clark of Park City, UT; her sister Beth (Wetherhold) Billheimer and husband Lucas;  stepmother, Sandy Wetherhold of Bethlehem, PA; brother, Tyler Wetherhold; many nieces and nephews; mother-in-law and father-in-law Willam and Susan Little of Greencastle, PA; her sorority sisters at Delta Zeta, and the many friends she made along the way. Tifani was preceded in death by her father, Mike Wetherhold of Bethlehem, PA and maternal grandmother, Lois Wallace, of Allentown, PA.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Heart Association; or Brother Wolf Animal Rescue in Asheville, NC or Adopt a Nest Sea Turtle Trackers

A celebration of life will be held on August 31st at Sunset in Archibald Park, Madeira Beach, FL.
