Frances Eberhart

Obituary of Frances Jean Eberhart

EBERHART, Frances "Fran" Jean Eberhart 76, of Largo, FL, after a long health battle, went home to be with Jesus on June 12, 2021. She was born on August 26,1944, to John N. Eberhart and Mary A Perry.

Frances is survived by her four children, Kim (Harold), Melanie (Lori), Chris and Jackie (Chuck); three grandchildren, Daniel, Jamie, and Keaton and her five great-grandchildren, Jocelynne, Blaze, Lily, Sapphire and Rarity.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings.  Fran loved to spend time with her children, being at the beach, dancing, dinners at Red Lobster and her bible study group. She spent her younger years in Michigan graduating from Whitmore Lake High School, later relocating to Southeast Texas, and finally settling in St. Petersburg, FL to be closer to her half-brother James Courteau.

Fran was especially talented at crocheting and loved creating special gifts for her loved ones.  She had a playful sense of humor and somehow always found a way to make lemonade when life gave her lemons.  She was extremely proud of all her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.  She was dearly loved by her family, and she will be greatly missed, but we take great comfort in knowing that she is no longer suffering and is at home with the Lord (2 Cor. 5:8).

Our family would like to share a special thanks to the staff at Palm Garden of Pinellas for their attentive care during her stay there and to the incredible nursing staff and hospice care team at Morton Plant Hospital.

A celebration of life will take place at 11am, July 22, 2021, at Calvary Chapel St. Pete, 8900 US HWY 19 N., Pinellas Park, FL 33782.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Morton Plant Mease Foundation, in Fran's memory.
