Obituary of Ruth E Mossner

Ruth suffered a hip fracture & surgery last September 2020. After battling C-Difficile and other serious infections acquired at her rehab facility, she contracted Covid-19. She was eventually transferred to Gulf Shore Hospice Care Center, Pinellas Park, FL where she ultimately succumbed to her injuries & diseases.

Born Ruth Emmi Zimmerman in Grotzingen, Germany, she married Heinz Mossner, and they emigrated to the United States in 1972.  She moved to Treasure Island with her husband in 2000. Heinz passed away three years later. She is survived by her two daughters, Gudrun Hite, and Marion Gimmilaro & (spouse) Antonio, her grandchildren, Ruth Ann Hite, Janet Kaul & (spouse) Leonard, Leandro Gimmilaro & (spouse) Dita as well as her great-grandchild, Zachary Lambert.
