Maggie is survived by her sisters Leita McEwen and Jean Hutchinson, by her daughter Kathleen Rewis; grandchildren Michelle, Kristina and John, her son James Peverini; grandchildren Jennifer, Missy and Cassie, her son Michael Peverini; grandchild Ariel, her son Anthony Peverini; grandchild Sienna, her son Thomas Peverini; grandchild Dominic, and great grandchildren Jake, Sophie, Emmy, Jack, Charlotte, Carli, Cerina, Colin, Ana, and Rose. Maggie deeply missed Mario, her husband of 45 years, who passed away in 2008.  She loved romance movies and Cuban coffee.  Maggie knitted many creations with the hands of a master.  She loved house guests and went out of her way to make visitors feel welcome in her home.  Maggie enjoyed entertaining family and friends by telling stories, and telling them again.  Her stories are her gift to us and will be repeated by those she’s left behind.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Children’s Defense Fund at www.childrensdefense.org in memory of Margaret Peverini.
