Obituary of Rose A Rosado

Rosado, Rose A. passed away June 1, 2020 in Largo, Florida. She was born in Newark, New Jersey, raised in Newark, NJ and south Philadelphia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Patsy and Natalie "Dolly"  Amato; her former spouse, Matteo Petrillo, of Edison, New Jersey. 

Rose worked for Tops Appliance City, was an executive secretary, in Edison, for 18 years, until she became ill in 1998.

She remebered as the happy, fun aunt to her niece and nephews along with her grandchildren.. 

Rose was a member of American Legion Auxiliary Unit 252 for 20 years. 

The family wants to thank all of her friends, who helped during this hard time of illness, for their friendship and their time. 

Rose married Raymond on July 12, 1997 and leaves him to cherish her memory. Other survivors include her sibings, Anna Amato, of New Jersey, Valiere West, of Colorado, Patty Toth (Ted), of South Carolina, Mark Peppard (Lisa), of Oklahoma; brother in law, Lenny Stiff Florida, Judy Andersen (Mike) Sherry Garcia (Jerry)

Children, Thomas Petrillo (Dorothy), of New Jersey, Phyllis Petrillo, Antonietta Petrillo and Anthony M. Petrillo, all of Florida;

Grandchildren, Thomas Petrillo (Becky), of New Jersey, Joseph Petrillo, of New Jersey, HN Shaun Garcia USN, US Army Anthony M. Petrillo,Jr. of Connecticut, Frankie Perez of New Jersey, Gerry Garcia of Floridia, Tyra and Cierra Petrillo, both of New Jersey

Great-gradnchildren, Sadie, Mia and Gabriella Petrillo, all of New Jersey;  Grand-puppy, Buddie Petrillo.
