I think of Abbott quite often. I had the pleasure of working with him in Noises Off in 1996. He was so fun and funny and such a talent. He helped me find my confidence onstage with his encouragement at every turn. I am sad that he is gone and that I never got to see him again. I will continue to think of him often. RIP xx

Dear Marge,
I only just learned of Abbott's passing and send my deepest sympathy to you and your family. When you lived in Watkins Glen not only was he a well liked and respected teacher to my children, but I will always remember how welcoming he (and you) were when I ventured into community theater with the Lake County Players. I have so many fond memories of those years.
My thoughts and prayers for comfort are with you all.

Mr Morgan was one of my teachers at Watkins Glen. After graduating , I eventually joined the army . I had spoken to him about it, and was a big influence on that decision. It was the best thing I did with my life at that moment. God bless the protectors. God bless Mr Morgan.

I was so sorry to hear of Abs passing. He was a loving husband to Margie, a wonderful actor and director and he and Marge were great traveling companions and friends. Remembering the many parties they hosted for the members of The West Coast Players and the many Saturday night dinners we spent with them and our theatrical friends. It was wonderful talk to you a few weeks ago Marge. Hope we can do it again. Love to you and to all of your family. God Bless Abbots soul and bring comfort and strength to all of his family and loved ones.
Love,
Bonnie DiBello

Dear Clan Morgan;
He was Mr. Morgan to me as a teacher and Abbott as a fellow Thespian. Although it was weird playing his love interest in South Pacific, he was the epitome of a gentleman and a lot of fun to be around. His dry, quiet wit was always present and timely. Marjorie, you exemplified the role of what a supportive partner is, and you may be surprised to learn that you had a profound impact on me and my future marriage. Hanging out with you and Abbot during those Lake Country years is a fond memory of mine. Tom and I send our love and condolences to all of you---

So sad to learn if Abbott’s passing. Abbott joined us every morning of my high school years, as we walked to school with my dad Nick. I always found it amusing because Abbott and Dad had the same pair of shoes - but my Dad’s left shoe squeaked and Abbot’s right shoe did the same... it made for a very rhythmic journey. Hear is to fond memories.

So sorry for your loss. We remember fondly all the practices and performances with the Lake Country Players and the school plays here in Watkins Glen. Abbot used to draft Bob into playing so many roles. So much life he brought to our family and to our community! Go in peace good friend.

Dear Marjorie, Christopher, Jonathan, Sean, and the rest of the Morgan family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Abbott was one of the best people I have ever known. My whole life I have admired him and looked up to him for his service to his country, to his community, and to his students. I admired him for the great man he was, and the fine example he set for all of us as a Christian and a family man. He was one of those people you just loved to be around! He was funny and genuine and smart, and all of us who had the joy of knowing him are blessed to have been part of his life.
I always called him Uncle Ab, because he really was like a beloved uncle to me. He was one of my favorite teachers, and he had a huge positive impact on my life, as I am sure he did for many others.
Thanks for everything, Uncle Ab. May God bless you and your family.
Sincerely, Jamie Coleman
