Cheryl A. Paul
Administrator / Preplanning Consultant
Cheryl is a native of Quincy, Massachusetts. She spent many years living in historic Plymouth, Massachusetts before moving to Florida in 1988. Cheryl has spent the majority of her career in banking management and employee benefits. She is a graduate of the American Institute for Banking and the Bert Rogers School of Real Estate. She is licensed in Massachusetts in Saving Bank Life Insurance and as a Mortgage Broker in Florida.
Cheryl began her funeral service career at Affordable Memorials, Tampa Bay's leading monument dealer, as a design consultant before joining ALifeTribute FuneralCare. Her years of detail work in banking and benefits, as well as memorial design, have served her well in her position as Administrator and Preplanning Consultant. In fact, Cheryl has deep seeded "roots" in the funeral industry as her grandfather was the founder of Quincy Monuments in Massachusetts.
On a personal note, Cheryl has been married to David Paul for nearly 40 years and they reside in Mainlands in Pinellas Park, FL. She has two children and two grandchildren.
Nathan J. Hobson
Licensed Funeral Director/Embalmer
Nathan Hobson was born in Louisville, KY and raised in Indiana. He attended Indiana University Southeast (IUS) in New Albany, IN and is a 1998 graduate of Mid-America College of Funeral Service (located in Jeffersonville, IN) with an Associate of Science degree. He moved to Florida from New Albany, IN in 2001.
After working for another funeral home in Pasco county, Nathan decided to relocate to Pinellas County and has been serving our families since April 2002.
On a personal note, Nathan resides in the Meadowlawn area of St. Petersburg.
Cecile Maharne
Receptionist / Administrator
Cecile was born in Springfield, Massachusetts. She spent many years in Springfield and the surrounding areas. During her early career in Massachusetts, Cecile worked in both the pharmacy and medical fields and also attended the Hampden College of Pharmacy. Before moving to Florida, Cecile worked for Galas Pharmacy as Bookkeeper, Pharmacy Technician and as a Certified Orthodics / Prosthetics fitter.
In 1976, she moved to St. Petersburg, Florida where she continued in the medical field working at Suncoast Pharmacy. In 1977, she joined the staff at AMPAC Florida Brace and Limb as manager and certified fitter.
In 1989, Cecile entered the funeral and cemetery industry as a Family Service Counselor assisting families with their preneed funeral and cemetery arrangements. She also became well-known in the area for her cemetery monument and private mausoleum design capabilities. Cecile has been assisting our families in the area of preneed and general administration since 1999.
On a personal note, Cecile has 6 children, 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons. She has resided in St. Petersburg's Pinellas Point neighborhood for the last 30 years.
Michele Scalisce
Licensed Funeral Director / Embalmer
Michele Scalisce was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and was raised in various cities throughout Pinellas County. She graduated from St. Petersburg College in 1999 with an Associate of Arts degree and continued her studies so as to receive an Associate of Science degree in Funeral Services in 2000. She began her funeral service career with a funeral home in the New Port Richey area. While working as a funeral director, Michele received her Associate of Science degree in Crime Scene Technology. Michele joined ALifeTribute FuneralCare as the FDIC of the Gulfport Chapel in August 2006.
On a personal note, Michele will marry her fiance' of nine years, Daniel Baker, in October 2006. They reside in Largo and Michele will become stepmom to Meredith when they marry.
